Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes across Florida.

The role includes applying nursing processes, delivering prescribed care, and monitoring patient conditions in collaboration with the care team. Ideal candidates hold a valid LPN/LVN license in Florida, have BLS certification, and may have 1 year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray on file.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
