Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes in Port Charlotte, FL, for pediatric and/or adult clients.

The LPN will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delivering services per orders and monitoring for physiologic and psychosocial changes. A Florida license, current TB/Chest X‑Ray, and a valid BLS card are required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
