Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing services in pediatric and/or adult patients across Florida.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process and deliver skilled services according to prescribed orders. Responsibilities include recognizing physiologic and psychosocial changes, documenting findings, and collaborating with health care providers to ensure high-quality, compassionate home care.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
