Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide in-home nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in Florida. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and deliver skilled nursing services per prescribed orders in clients' homes.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN/LVN license in Florida, with current BLS and TB/chest X-ray clearance; one year of nursing experience preferred. Flexible scheduling and supportive team available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in Florida.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray.
• BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per orders in the patient’s home.
• Assess physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze and document data and nursing diagnoses.

The Lakes Home Care is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
