Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes in Florida, serving pediatric and/or adult clients. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, following orders, and documenting nursing diagnoses.

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
