Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in patients' homes in Florida. The role covers pediatric and/or adult clients, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care per orders, and documenting findings.

Requirements include an active LPN/LVN license in Florida, current TB or Chest X-ray, and a valid BLS card. Prior nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
