Job summary

The Lakes Home Care,Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, including pediatric and adult clients. You will perform the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care under prescribed orders.

Qualified candidates hold a Florida LPN/LVN license, current BLS, and TB or Chest X-ray results. One year of nursing experience is preferred, and flexible hours help you create your own schedule while delivering compassionate

Qualifications

• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
