Job summary

The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. You will perform medication administration, vital signs, and resident care under physician directions.

This role requires an active LPN license and offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus along with daily pay options and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
