Job summary
The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work on our skilled and long-term care units. You will manage medications including IVs, monitor vital signs, and deliver patient care with outcomes tracking in a supportive team environment.
We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package. Current LPN license is required to join our equal-opportunity team.

- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.

Salary: Up to $42 an hour
