Premise Health in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care to client employees and dependents in our Health Center. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM and Every Other Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.
You will perform direct patient care, document medical tasks, maintain records, and support clinical operations under supervision. A valid LPN license and BLS are required; ambulatory/occupational health experience is preferred.
