Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes in Florida.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, delivering skilled nursing per orders, and monitoring patient condition with data collection and documentation. Flexible scheduling and competitive compensation are offered to fit individual needs.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.
• Able to work long shifts.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
