Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide in-home care to pediatric and adult patients in Florida. You will apply the nursing process, deliver skilled care per orders, and monitor patient conditions in collaboration with families and health teams.

Qualifications include an active LPN/LVN license in Florida, current TB or chest X-ray, and a current BLS card. Prior nursing experience is preferred. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of Florida.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray on file.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
