Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in‑home care to pediatric and/or adult patients in Florida. The role requires applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the home setting.

Qualified candidates are currently licensed LPNs/LVNs in Florida, with a current BLS certificate and TB or Chest X‑ray on file. One year of nursing experience is preferred, and the organization emphasizes flexible work hours and

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
