Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes, including pediatric and adult clients. You will assess, implement and evaluate care plans, and collaborate with families and care teams to maintain comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
