Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes.

You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, document findings, and collaborate with the health care team. The role offers flexible hours and a competitive salary to match experience.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
