Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, including pediatric and/or adult clients.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, assessing needs, implementing prescribed orders, and documenting care efficiently. Applicants must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice, have current TB or Chest X-ray, and a current BLS card.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
