Job summary

Pumpkin, a subsidiary of IPH, is hiring a Licensed Customer Care Agent for remote work in the United States. You will respond to insurance and non-insurance inquiries via phone, email, text, chat, and social media, while handling enrollments, claims, and fulfillment tasks. An active P&C license is required, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License with NPN number is required.
• Prior experience in customer service with high customer interaction.
• Experience with ticketing software (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Administrative and computer skills with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer care across multiple channels (phone, email, text, chat, social) in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues using problem-solving to maintain positive relationships.
• Understand company policies to ensure claims and policies compliance or know when to make exceptions.
• Answer questions and provide insurance and non-insurance information.
• Educate customers on product offerings and assist with purchasing additional coverage.
• Process new enrollments, incoming claims, and ongoing fulfillment tasks per policies.
