Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team. You will become an expert in our brand and glasses, helping customers see and feel confident about their eyewear.

As a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states), you will measure, fit, and verify eyewear, explain prescriptions, and collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service while upholding our standards and values.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with current license in required states.
• ABO certification or equivalent credentials.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear and accessories.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer specs.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings clearly.
• Deliver exceptional service and teamwork for sales goals.
• Help customers choose frames based on prescription, face shape, and style.
• Collaborate on best practices for sales and service.
