Job summary

Qualifications

• State licensure required to practice as an Optician.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear and accessories.
• Ensure proper frame fit and accurate measurements.
• Enter prescription data into EHR and communicate with technicians and management.
• Explain insurance coverage and warranty options to patients.
