AEG Vision is seeking a Licensed Optician to provide expert eyewear solutions and exceptional patient care. You will assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that suit prescription, lifestyle, and style, ensuring proper fit and precise dispensing, and deliver an extraordinary experience that fosters trust and repeat business.

You will interpret prescriptions from Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, enter data into the EHR/ALE, update patients on order status, and coordinate with technicians

Qualifications

• State licensure required for the role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• ABO/NCLE preferred but not required.
• Optical dispensing experience and HIPAA knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear and accessories.
• Ensure proper frame fit and accurate lens dispensing.
• Enter prescription data into EHR/ALE and update order status.
• Coordinate with technicians and managers to meet timelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate patients on care and warranties.
