The role requires state licensure and optical dispensing experience, with a focus on outstanding customer service, accuracy, and HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• State licensure required.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist in selecting frames, lenses, and coatings.
• Take and verify eye/face measurements to ensure proper fit.
• Interpret prescriptions and create lab work orders for lenses.
• Educate patients on eyewear care and insurance coverage.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and communicates order status.
