Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team and help people see with confidence. You’ll become an expert in our brand and glasses, assisting customers from first fit to final adjustments.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensing states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective, professional communicator; can explain terminology to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements; fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service.
• Guide customers in choosing frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Share best practices for sales and service across the organization.
• Represent Warby Parker and educate others about our values and mission.
