Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house team and help customers see clearly with confidence. You will become an expert in our glasses and brand, assisting both long-time fans and first-time wearers with exceptional service.

In this role you will take measurements, fit eyewear, explain prescription terms, and collaborate with teammates to establish best practices for sales and service. A strong user-focused approach and energy are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring license (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states).
• Passion for eyewear and retail.
• Clear, effective communication to explain terminology and options.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and measurements.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to implement best practices for sales and service.
• Help customers choose frames/lenses based on prescription, fit, and lifestyle.
• Represent the brand and educate others about Warby Parker values.
