Warby Parker is looking for skilled Opticians to join our growing team and help customers see with confidence. You will take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure products meet our standards while explaining prescriptions to customers.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require license or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries
• Clear, effective communicator who can break down technical terms for customers
• Extremely detail-oriented and able to juggle many responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements and adjust eyewear with accuracy
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle
• Contribute to sales and customer service best practices across the organization
• Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate others on our values and mission
