Job summary

Sight 2 See Optometry - Hampton is seeking a Licensed Optician to provide expert eyewear solutions and exceptional patient care. You will assist patients in choosing frames and lenses that fit prescription, lifestyle, and personal style while ensuring proper fit and accurate measurements.

Responsibilities include processing prescriptions in the EHR/ALE systems, delivering high-quality customer service, and educating patients on insurance, warranties, and care.

Qualifications

• State licensure as an optician is required.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• HIPAA knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear and accessories that fit prescription and lifestyle.
• Enter prescription information into EHR and ALE systems.
• Ensure proper frame fit and lens dispensing for accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve order issues promptly.
• Educate patients on insurance, warranties, and care of eyewear.
