Qualifications

• State Licensure required.
• High School or GED qualification.
• ABO/NCLE preferred but not required.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• HIPAA knowledge preferred.
• Tech skills: MC Office, Windows, word processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear and accessories.
• Ensure proper frame fit and accurate measurements.
• Enter prescription info into EHR/ALE system.
• Educate patients on eyewear care and insurance benefits.
• Dispense glasses and adjust for comfort and fit.
• Coordinate with technicians and doctors to fulfill orders.
