You will explain prescription terminology, guide frame choices, and collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service across the organization. A passion for eyewear and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in applicable states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Strong passion for eyewear and retail.
• Clear, professional communication with customers.
• Ability to explain prescription terminology to customers.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription and lifestyle.
• Contribute to sales and customer service best practices.
