Qualifications

• Must hold a dispensing optician license in licensing states or be ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain prescription terminology clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription needs, face fit and lifestyle.
• Check finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service.
