Warby Parker is hiring skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team in Jacksonville. You will help customers see, take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure quality alignment with prescriptions.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensing states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to explain prescription terms clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to meet eyewear needs and record measurements accurately.
• Assist with fitting and adjusting eyewear to ensure proper fit and comfort.
• Verify eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service and best practices.
