Warby Parker is seeking a licensed optician in MA to join our in-house optical team. You will take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure products meet prescriptions and our brand standards. You’ll explain terminology to customers and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician in licensing states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail.
• Clear, effective communicator who can explain technical terms to customers.
• Dedicated to going above and beyond to help customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to implement best practices for sales and service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, and style.
• Represent the brand and educate others about Warby Parker values.
