Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states requiring licensure or ABO-certified in non-licensing states
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries
• Clear, effective communicator who can simplify technical terms for customers
• Dedicated to going above and beyond to make customers and teammates happy
• Energetic, positive team player who adapts in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to juggle many responsibilities
• Open to continuous learning and growth while staying humble
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's LEIE list

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear with accuracy
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer specs
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle
• Share best practices for sales and service across the organization
• Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate others on its values and mission
