Warby Parker, opening a new store in Virginia, seeks an enthusiastic Optician to join our in-house optical team. You will help customers with eyewear needs, take precise measurements, and ensure glasses meet optical standards while delivering exceptional service.

As a licensed dispensing optician, you’ll explain prescriptions, guide frame choices, and collaborate with teammates to uphold our brand and mission.

Formación

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician where licensing is required.
• ABO certification accepted in non-licensing states.

Responsabilidades

• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with team to establish best practices for sales and customer service.
• Represent Warby Parker brand and educate customers about values and mission.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
