Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• Current and valid state Opticianry license.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong basic math and sales skills.
• Experience edging and mounting eyewear.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• Perform eyewear adjustments and dispense eyewear.
• Maintain lab tools and ensure optical standards when in lab.
