Qualifications

• Current & valid state Opticianry license.
• Strong optical & retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Proactive and solution-driven with accurate execution and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• Provide lens expertise and measurements as a licensed optician (when applicable).
• Oversee lab activities: fit glasses, place prescriptions, and meet optical standards.
