As the licensed specialist, you will assist customers with selections, perform eyewear adjustments, and manage store operations while upholding EssilorLuxottica's commitment to patient care.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Current and valid state Opticianry license.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Sales skills and customer focus.
• Problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Edging and mounting experience.
• Basic optics knowledge and optical measurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unsurpassed Customer Service as part of LensCrafters team.
• Be proactive, solution-driven with product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations.
• Act as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In Lab (if applicable): custom fits, place prescriptions in lenses,-dispense eyewear, and take precise measurements.
• Ensure lab tools and systems are maintained and safe.
