Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-store optical team. You will provide expert eyewear fitting, measurements, and customer service while ensuring high standards meet customer requests.

As a keyholder, you will support store operations and mentor the Optical team. Ideal candidates are licensed dispensing opticians with 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensed states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years of experience, including supervisor responsibilities.
• Clear, effective communicator who can explain jargon to customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle optical duties: measure, adjust, fit eyewear with accuracy; ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Lead store operations: open/close, maintain systems, mentor Optician Apprentice Program participants.
• Drive store vision and sales with exceptional customer service on the floor.
• Lead and mentor the Optical team and maintain inventory databases.
