Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our team of in-house optical professionals. In this role, you'll rely on your optical prowess, customer focus, and product knowledge to create exceptional experiences for our customers.

As a keyholder, you will open/close the store, mentor the Optical team including the Apprentice Program, maintain store systems, and drive service excellence and sales while upholding Warby Parker standards.

Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states, with 2+ years of experience including supervisor responsibilities.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective communicator who explains terminology to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs and take measurements.
• Adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Lead and mentor Optical team and manage store operations.
