Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our store team in Chattanooga, TN. You’ll lead an energetic optical staff, demonstrate expert dispensing, and ensure exceptional customer experiences on the floor and in the back of the house.

You’ll mentor opticians and retail advisors, handle keyholder duties, maintain store operations, and help grow our in-store presence through teamwork and strong service standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active dispensing license where required.
• Experience as a supervisor or team lead in an optical/retail setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear selection, measurements, fitting, and prescriptions.
• Lead and mentor Optical team, including Apprentice Program participants.
• Open/close store operations as a keyholder and maintain daily store processes.
• Collaborate with store management to achieve sales and service goals.
