Job summary

Warby Parker is opening a Johns Creek, GA location seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-house Optical team. You will coach the store's Opticians, consult customers, and ensure precise eyewear fittings and high standards on the floor.

You’ll train and mentor staff, manage daily operations, and partner with the Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer experiences at a growing Warby Parker location.

Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license.
• ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• 2+ years in a management position.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain eyewear terminology clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store's Opticians and provide ongoing coaching.
• Meet customers' eyewear needs and ensure precise fitting.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Uphold optical standards and respond to customer requests.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, and HR-related tasks with the Store Leader.
