You'll lead the Optical team, mentor apprentices, manage store operations, and ensure eyewear meets our standards. A licensed dispensing optician with ABO certification and 2+ years of supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with ABO certification or equivalent license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical duties and ensure accurate measurements and fittings.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Manage store operations, inventory, and staff scheduling.
• Mentor and develop Optical team and apprentices.
