Job summary

Warby Parker in Miami is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead the in-house optical team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will open/close the store as a keyholder and mentor the Optical team, including Apprentice Program participants, while upholding Warby Parker standards.

The ideal candidate is an energetic, detail-oriented licensed optician with 2+ years of supervisory experience, ready to drive service and store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician per state requirements; ABO certification preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years in optical retail with supervisory duties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical duties: meet eyewear needs, take measurements, fit eyewear with accuracy, ensure standards.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Lead store operations, mentor Optical team, and manage inventory databases.
• Foster a productive and positive employee culture in-store.
