Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Manager to lead our in-store Optical team in Miami, delivering outstanding eyewear experiences. You’ll coach Opticians, consult customers on prescriptions, and ensure precise measurements, fittings and quality checks meet our high standards.

Ideal candidates are licensed dispensing opticians (or ABO-certified where required) with 2+ years in a management role, capable leaders who foster a supportive, efficient environment and motivate the team to achieve

Qualifications

• A licensed dispensing optician where required by state law.
• 2+ years in a management role leading optical staff.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with eyewear needs and prescriptions.
• Take and record measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure accuracy.
• Verify eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Lead and mentor a team of Opticians on the floor.
• Develop store programs to boost loyalty and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Store Leader on staffing and HR policies.
