Job summary

Warby Parker in Boca Raton seeks an licensed Optical Supervisor to lead our in-store optical team. As a keyholder, you’ll open/close, mentor opticians and retail advisors, and ensure precise eyewear measurements, fittings, and adherence to quality standards.

You’ll use your licensing and ABO expertise to educate customers on prescriptions, drive store performance, and foster a positive, productive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of experience.
• ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers to meet eyewear needs and ensure accurate measurements and fittings.
• Open/close responsibilities as a keyholder and maintain store operations.
• Lead and mentor the Optical team, including Apprentice Program participants.
• Maintain store systems, inventory databases, and business operations.
• Foster a productive, positive employee culture in-store.
