Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to lead our in-house optical team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will guide opticians and retail advisors, ensure flawless eyewear fitting, and uphold Warby Parker standards for service and quality.

As a keyholder, you’ll help open/close, manage store operations, mentor the team, and foster a positive, high-energy culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with relevant state certification or ABO certification.
• 2+ years of supervisor experience in optical/retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical duties: assist customers, take measurements, fit eyewear, ensure quality standards.
• Mentor Optical team and Apprentice Program participants; uphold service standards.
• Open/close the store as a keyholder and manage store operations.
