As a licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states) with 2+ years of supervisory experience, you will drive daily operations, coach the team, manage inventory, and maintain service excellence in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must hold a dispensing optician license or ABO certification where applicable.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in eyewear/retail.
• Passionate about eyewear and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical duties, assist customers with fittings and measurements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options clearly.
• Set store up for success by enforcing operational procedures.
• Mentor the Optical team and participate in Apprentice program.
• Maintain inventory databases and store systems.
• Foster a productive, positive employee culture.
