Target Optical in Jacksonville Beach is seeking a Licensed Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will drive sales, recruit top talent, and manage operations to meet brand goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Opticianary License or ABO Certification as required by state law.
• 3+ years experience in customer service or retail.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Experience in recruiting, selecting and developing talent.
• Ability to motivate and influence others.
