Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Opticianary license or ABO certification as required by state law.
• 3+ years experience in customer service or retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and meet brand goals.

• Partner with the Target Optical doctor and retail teams to grow business and improve guest outcomes.
• Ensure policies, promotions, and merchandising standards are followed consistently.
