Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will schedule, coach, and develop staff, manage payroll, and uphold merchandising and promotions standards.

You will build relationships with optical doctors and partners to grow the business while ensuring a WOW! experience for guests and ongoing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in customer service and retail.
• 3+ years management or supervisory experience.
