Job summary

Target Optical in Cleveland is seeking a Licensed Store Manager to lead a team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will recruit, coach and develop Team Members, manage schedules, payroll and store metrics, and ensure brand standards and promotions are executed across the store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Opticianry License or ABO Certification as required by state law.
• 3+ years experience in customer service or retail.
• Critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest experience by leading a Team of Team Members.
• Develop action plans for immediate and future development with team members.
• Ensure accountability to action plans and commitments.
• Provide timely feedback and conduct performance reviews.
• Schedule and payroll responsibilities; own store operations and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Target Optical doctor and retail teams to drive business.
