Job summary

Target Optical is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will supervise scheduling, training, and performance reviews while meeting brand goals and driving sales.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, an opticianary license as required by state law, and 3+ years in retail or customer service; management experience preferred. We offer a comprehensive total rewards package including health care and bonuses.

• Maintains store policies, merchandising, and promotions to drive sales.
• Represents Target Optical with professional relationships with doctors where applicable.
